Thomas Stephens

Thomas Stephens is a PhD candidate in Social Policy at the London School of Economics, specialising in measuring job quality and labour market disadvantage, and a Teaching Fellow at the LSE’s School of Public Policy. Prior to that he had a 10-year career in public policymaking and campaigns — including a stint as the Cabinet Member for Education, Employment and Skills in the London Borough of Brent.
