Sarah Arnold
Former Senior Economist
Sarah is an economic researcher with a strong background in quantitative data analysis. Sarah specialises in issues relating to tax, fiscal policy and social security. She is currently leading NEF’s work on social security reform, local government finance, and wellbeing budgets.
Previously, Sarah worked as an economist for NEF’s consultancy arm. She led Social Return on Investment (SROI) training, and is an accredited SROI practitioner and expert in developing social value frameworks and other cost benefit methodologies.
